The fibu3 GmbH website now features a fresh, modern look. fibu3 now also supports split bookings. In addition, users can choose between three view modes with different levels of functionality. Getting started with fibu3 is made easier through a guided step-by-step wizard.

fibu3 now comes with a fresh visual design, a modernized interface and an AI agent for customer questions and support.

Automatic recurring invoices can now be generated at a chosen time and sent by email. Smaller issues in the bank import were fixed and new reports were added.

Cost center postings, CSV journal import and improvements for year-end closing and foreign currency entries were added.

fibu3 is now available in German, French, Italian and English. Additional guidance text has also been added throughout the product.

The technical foundation was rebuilt from scratch. This release forms the basis for the future development of the new fibu3.

Automatic receivables and payables reconciliation with CAMT053 files is now available, along with corrections inside closed accounting periods.

Item management, the quotes and invoices module, Swiss QR codes on invoices and reminders were introduced.

Mobile use was improved. New features include taking document photos on the go, role management, a dashboard and prior-year figures in the balance sheet.

The new user interface with AI support became available to all customers. Existing customers can use both versions.

AI support was introduced for selected customers and prepared for wider rollout.

Support for the 2024 VAT rates and operation of fibu3 in the cloud were rolled out.
